refund_bank_details
Used when an OTP needs to be sent to the customer's registered mobile number to authenticate the user while they are entering or updating refund bank account details during the return or refund process.
customer_ndr
Used when an OTP needs to be sent to the customer's registered mobile number to authenticate the user while updating the delivery address in case of a Non-Delivery Report (NDR) scenario.
