Manage Staff

The Team page lets you manage your business collaboratively by inviting people to join your team. From here, you can add individuals, assign them roles, and control what sections they can access.

Inviting Team Members

  1. Click Invite.
  2. Type one or more email addresses into the box and click Search.
  3. The entered emails will be sorted into four tabs based on their status:
    • Unregistered: Users not yet registered on the platform.
    • Pending: Invitations sent but not yet accepted.
    • Registered: Users who have registered but are not yet staff.
    • Staff: Active team members with assigned roles.
  4. Go to the respective tab.
  5. Find the user and click Add a Staff.
  6. In the pop-up, choose a role:
    • Admin
    • Design/Marketing Manager
    • Developer
    • Custom (to assign personalized permissions)
