Submit Themes

Do the following steps to submit a theme:

  1. Log in to Fynd Partners with your credentials.
  2. In the sidebar, click Themes and then click Submit Theme. You will be redirected to the Submit a Theme page.
  3. Click Get Started to begin your theme submission process.
  4. In the Theme File section, upload your theme as a .zip file. The system only accepts .zip format.
  5. Write a Release Note describing the changes, features, or fixes included in this version of your theme.
  6. Click Continue to move to the next step.
  7. In Theme Details tab, enter a short tagline that helps sellers understand your theme at a glance.
  8. Add a detailed description of your theme.
  9. Upload desktop and mobile screenshots to show how your theme appears on different devices. Ensure images follow the platform’s format and size guidelines.
  10. Click Continue to proceed to the Value Proposition tab.
  11. In the Value Proposition tab, select up to three relevant industries where your theme can be applied.
  12. Choose a catalog size from the dropdown to indicate how many products your theme is optimized to support.
  13. Set your theme’s pricing by selecting Paid Theme and entering the base and promotional prices, or choose Free Theme to offer it at no cost.
  14. Click Continue to proceed to the Attributes tab.
  15. In the Attributes tab, enter a Section Title to improve searchability for sellers.
  16. Write a description for your theme, not exceeding 600 characters.
  17. Add up to three key highlights to showcase your theme’s standout features. For each highlight, add a Title, Description, and a Highlight Image.
  18. Click Add Features and select the features that your theme offers to help sellers quickly identify what your theme provides.
  19. Click Continue to move to the Variations tab.
  20. For each Variation, upload the desktop and mobile to display how the variant appears on different devices.
  21. Enter a demo site URL where the variation is live and can be previewed (optionally).
  22. Click Continue to go to the Documentation & Support tab.
  23. If your documentation is not hosted online, enter a summary or abstract in the Theme Documentation editor.
  24. Provide the Documentation URL where sellers can access complete theme documentation.
  25. Enter a Support Email where sellers can reach you for queries regarding the theme.
  26. Click Continue to proceed to the Review tab.
  27. In the Review section, optionally enter up to five contact emails to receive updates about your theme submission status.
  28. Add a comment for the reviewer to offer helpful context to the reviewer.
  29. Click Submit to send your theme for review.
  30. Confirm the submission.

After submission, you will be notified about its approval status via the contact email you provided.
