Store Credit
Overview
Store Credit is a balance issued by a seller that customers can use for future purchases instead of receiving a cash refund. This credit is stored in the customer’s Store Wallet and can be applied at checkout as a payment method.
Use Case
For example, a customer purchases a shirt for ₹7,000 and later returns it. Instead of refunding ₹7,000 to the customer’s original payment method, you can issue Store Credit to their wallet. The customer can then use this balance for future purchases on your storefront.
