Support Hardware
Fynd Store OS supports a range of hardware components to enable seamless billing and order management in retail stores. Hardware compatibility depends on the form factor (terminal or mobile) and the type of checkout experience (POS or mPOS).

OS and App Compatibility

- iOS: Version 16.0 or above
- App: Fynd Store OS (Same app for all channels)
Notes
- No proprietary SDK lock-in: Store OS works with a wide range of thermal printers as long as they are not restricted by SDKs.
- Cash drawers must be connected through compatible printers (via RJ12).
- EDC integration is cloud-based and centrally managed through Fynd Commerce.
