Installing and Accessing Fynd Store OS

Fynd Store OS is the official application for managing a wide range of in-store operations including POS, mPOS, Clientelling, Endless Aisle, and more. It is accessible via mobile, tablet, and web platforms.

Step 1: Add Store Staff to Fynd Commerce

Before staff can access Store OS, they must be added to your Fynd Commerce account using either:

  • An email address, or
  • A mobile number

Step 2: Choose Your Platform

  • Mobile & Tablet App (Android & iOS)

Store OS supports both phones and tablets, enabling flexibility across different retail environments.

  • Android (8.0 or higher): Download from Google Play Store
  • iOS (16.0 or higher): Download from Apple App Store

All modules (POS, mPOS, Clientelling, etc.) are included within this single app. Access is determined based on the user's assigned roles.

Web Access

Store OS is also accessible through a web browser, which is ideal for desktop setups, kiosks, or terminals.

Step 3: Log In

  1. Open the Store OS app or visit the web portal.
  2. Enter your registered email or mobile number.
  3. If you're assigned to multiple stores, you’ll be prompted to select your ordering store.
  4. Once logged in, the appropriate interface (POS, mPOS, etc.) will load based on your role and permissions.

Important Notes

  • All-in-One App: There's no need to install separate apps for each function—Store OS handles everything in one place.
  • Device Compatibility: Ensure your device meets the minimum OS version (Android 8.0+ or iOS 16.0+).
  • Cloud-Connected: A stable internet connection is required for real-time syncing, order processing, and data accuracy.
