Adding Media Files (Images)
Sample Scenario 1:
There’s a product which has no images. Now you wish to add images to the product.

Adding/Updating Description
Sample Scenario:
There’s a product which has an empty or dummy description. Now you wish to add a description to the product.

- Item Code

- Short Description
- Description

Deleting a Product
Sample Scenario:
There’s a product which is not manufactured anymore. Now you wish to delete the product.
Columns required in the Excel sheet:
- Item Code
- Brand
- Command

Removing a Non-Mandatory Attribute Value
Sample Scenario:
There’s a product having Make up Finish = Matte, but you noticed that the uploaded value is wrong. Now you wish to remove this value from the product.
Columns required in the Excel sheet:
- Item Code
- Brand
- Non-Mandatory Attribute (Here, Make up Finish)
- Command
Format:
Steps:
- Export your products to get the concerned products' data in an Excel sheet.
- Delete all the columns except the ones we mentioned earlier.
- Delete all the rows except the products you wish to modify.
- Add a new column with a header named Command.
- Remove values from 'Make up Finish' column.
- Make sure to enter
Update
in the Command column. - Save the file and import your file.
