How to access on Fynd Commerce

What you can do

Set up how refunds should be processed and prioritised for online orders. You can choose between:

  1. Merchant Managed Refund
    1. Refunds are processed directly to the original payment source without any customer or merchant intervention.
    2. You can also enable Proportionate Refunds at Shipment Level to split refunds across multiple shipments.
  2. User Preferable Refund Method (Coming Soon)
    1. Customers will be able to choose their preferred refund method from the available sources.

Available refund sources

Once you enable Proportionate Refunds at Shipment Level, you’ll have Available Refund Sources available for you to configure. You can drag and drop to prioritise the order of refund modes.

  • Credit note
