Offline Payment Overview

How to access on Fynd Commerce

This guide introduces offline payment options in Fynd Commerce and outlines how merchants can configure them per business needs.

Offline payments are transactions where the customer completes payment outside of the online gateway ecosystem. These options are especially helpful for in-store transactions or regions where digital payment adoption is limited.

Available offline payment methods

Fynd Commerce supports the following offline payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Enable customers to pay by cash at the time of product delivery.
  • Card Swiped at Store: Allows the store personnel to register card-based transactions made via POS terminals.
  • Cash at Store: Accept physical cash at the retail outlet and record it as payment.
  • UPI at Store: Let customers scan a QR and pay via UPI apps in the store.

Each mode can be enabled for specific platforms such as Android, iOS, and Website, and may include tailored settings like payment limits, confirmation elements, and PIN code-level controls.

Note: Every offline payment mode has its own configuration settings. It is recommended to view individual guides for complete setup and usage instructions.
