Create Selling Location on Flipkart
Prerequisites
Make sure the following prerequisites are met by the store/location;
Mandatory:
- Stock (inventory) is required for stores
- POS System should be enabled
- Inventory Management System (IMS) is required (same or different as POS)
- Thermal or A4 printer
- Internet connectivity, Desktop/Laptop to process orders
- Packaging as per marketplace requirements
Good to have: Barcode scanner, Power Backup
Store Addition
- To add a store/selling location, login to the seller portal and navigate to Home > Manage Profile.
- Click on Manage Location and select Add New Pickup Location.
- Enter the pincode to check for serviceability.
- Once the pincode is verified, add the GSTIN and click Submit.
- After the GSTIN is verified, enter the address and the POC details and click Submit.
Once you have entered all the location details, the eKart team will check the feasibility for all the locations. This process takes upto 7 business days.
To enable push notifications, send an email to seller-api-queries@flipkart.com containing the following details: Seller ID, forward/reverse URL, Auth ID, Pickup location ID, Secret ID, and Location ID (attach as a spreadsheet).
note
For sellers that have just one location, enter the store address with POC details and click submit.
