  • No, a seller cannot have multiple accounts on the marketplace using the same GST
    • Can a brand sell one SKU from two different models/accounts on Amazon?
  • No, two accounts cannot use the same SKU code to sell the product.
    • How is the Amazon Multi Location Fulfilment (ES-MLF) model different than the SmartConnect model?
  • The ES-MLF is Merchant Level Fulfilment where the seller fulfils the orders from their stores and Smartconnect is for brands that fulfil orders directly from their warehouse
    • Which marketplace models get the Amazon prime tag associated with the products?
  • Both the ES-MLF and the SmartConnect models have the Amazon prime tag associated with their products. However, the sellers that have onboarded with a single store via the ES-MLF single node will not get the prime tag for their products.
    • How many selling locations are allowed under each model?
  • For the ES-MLF program, the seller needs to add a minimum of 2 selling locations and can have a maximum of 1000 locations. Sellers can onboard with a single store but the single node will not get the amazon prime tag associated with their product
  • For the SmartConnect program, the seller needs to add a minimum of 2 locations and can have a maximum of up to 50 locations.
