Create Brand on AJIO

Prerequisites for Approval

Before cataloging on any marketplace, the marketplaces ask for authentication of the brand to avoid bad customer experience and also to avoid any confusion and selling rights issues in the future from the manufacturer of any brand:

Must have for all the marketplaces:

  • For manufacturers: Trademark Certificate
  • For sellers: Authorisation Certificate from the manufacturer of the products.

Apart from this, some marketplaces may ask for:

  • Manufacturer’s Address
  • Country of Origin
  • Brand Logo
  • Website Link of the brand

Brand Addition and Approval

The seller will need to provide the brand details during the registration process. The following documents are required while adding the brand on AJIO :

  • PAN Card
  • Aadhar Card
  • GST Details
  • Current Account Details + Cancelled Cheque
  • MSME Certificate (Optional)
  • Logo if any
  • Trademark Certificate
  • CIN & TAN certificate in case your company is a private entity

Alternatively, the seller can share these documents with AJIO Point of contact. Once they review the documents, they will approve the brand in about 7 business days.
