Single Page Checkout

The Single Page Checkout feature within the Arlo Theme revolutionizes the online shopping experience by condensing the entire purchase process onto a single, user-friendly web page.

Accessing the Single Page Checkout​

To access and tailor the Single Page Checkout using the Arlo Theme, follow these simple steps:

  1. Select "Single Page Checkout" from the dropdown menu.
  2. A pop-up window will materialise, unveiling the "Single Page Checkout" section.
  3. Customise the subsections within the Single Page Checkout to streamline the purchase process.

Customising the Single Page Checkout​

Within the "Single Page Checkout" section, you have the opportunity to optimise the checkout process by strategically integrating extensions and enhancing the user interface:

  • Extension Positions: Enhance the checkout process by placing extensions in strategic locations on the Single Page Checkout. By clicking the '+' button, you can seamlessly incorporate extensions like "Above Coupon Component," "Above Price Breakup," or "Below Price Breakup."

  • Colour Palatte

The seller can customize the colour palette of the Single Page Checkout page via the general settings of the sales channel, and this chosen colour scheme will be applied to the themes of the single-page checkout.

  1. Go to Sales Channel > Appearance > Theme > Edit Theme.
  2. From the system page dropdown list, choose Single Page Checkout Page.
  3. Navigate to Sections > Settings > General.
  4. Adjust the colours for various elements in the Theme/Text/Button/Discount/Header/Advance Setting sections.
  5. Save your changes. The selected colours will be applied to both the customer store and the theme editor as per your selection.

Simplifying the Checkout Process​

The Single Page Checkout in the Arlo Theme simplifies the journey from cart to completion, offering users a streamlined and efficient process to finalise their purchases. The three-step process encapsulates the essence of convenience:

  1. Delivery Address: Users input their delivery address, ensuring accurate delivery of their ordered items.
  2. Order Summary: Users review a concise and comprehensive order summary to confirm their selections.
  3. Payment Method: Users proceed to the payment method page to complete their order, providing a seamless transition from selection to payment.

With its user-centric design and customisable options, the Single Page Checkout elevates the shopping experience, minimising steps and reducing friction for customers. The integration of extensions empowers you to strategically enhance the process while maintaining a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing design.
