The Customer Management & Support module in Fynd Commerce allows you to view, segment, and support your customers more effectively. You can access complete customer profiles, group them based on behavior or traits, and create support workflows to manage queries and issues.

This section includes:

  • Customer Profile & Group: View individual customer data, order history, and assign them to custom groups for segmentation or targeting.
  • Customer Support: Set up support ticketing workflows and manage queries raised by customers directly from your store.
  • Support Details: Add contact information, help links, or business hours to your website footer or contact us page.
  • Get Support from Fynd: Reach out to the internal Fynd Commerce support team for platform-related issues.

This module helps ensure a smooth experience for both merchants and customers through accessible data and responsive support features.
